Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

Enter "*#1575#" number.
On phone keybord press "Menu" button, and select "Back".
Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
Go to dial window.
Enter "*#7284#" number.
Set "USB" radio button to "Modem" value.
Press Read Codes
