procedure:
Install latest super user
Use this file saferoot to deactivate KNOX
Phone must be powered on.
Type *#7284# and choose Modem for UART and PDA for USB options.
Press "Quallcomm USB settings" and select "DM+MODEM+ADB".
Connect the phone to usb port.
Choose correct COM port in port settings
Under repair option thick "NEW SECURITY" and "REPAIR"
After that check reset EFS and disable TEST mode hit "OK"
Wait until finish
after reboot the phone must be unlocked
