What is QCN file and its function in android device?

QCN means qualcomm calibration network file.Basically QCN file built in all Samsung Galaxy smart phone and latest android mobile phone. QCN is the main and sensitive file of network, hidden in the deepest core of mobile phone internal memory file system (in efs folder, where all information of imei and baseband are saved).

-All qualcomm based phones supported QCN file especially all SAMSUNG Galaxy phone devices which are available in market.

-If phone EFS erased, wiped – phone calibration erased – and phone not see network/not see 3g/2g/LTE network we need write QCN file for repair these problems

-No, but if you write QCN from wrong model, you can got UNKNOWN BASEBAND! Because you can write QCN only if phone modem work. If you see UNKNOWN baseband in your phone so its means modem not do work properly

-You can download QCN file from internet but he his the best and professional way is to copy or read a qcn file from fresh mobile phone active and not from branded mobile phones.

if you using Z3X products for write QCN, this will not touch your NV and imei of your mobile phone.

How to wrtie QCN file with z3x?

1. Open z3x tool and select sumsung phone model.

2. Go back to backup option its 2 option read and write QCN.

3. First take a backup QCN file.

4. After Go write QCN.
