naka lock sa SMART.

Procedure:
Run Z3X samsung 3g tool v9.4
fully turn ON the phone and connect it in USB port of your PC with USB cable CA-101
and type *#7284# and choice usb diag.
install driver if needed if not just tick UNLOCK
