Samsung T499 T-Mobile Unlock Done by Octopus...[Reference]
PROBLEM
Lock to T-Mobile network.
ACTION TAKEN
1.Try ko unlock using Z3x need to root pa. kaya octopus nalang ginamit ko no need to root na. mas safe.
PROCEDURE
1.Open Octopus Samsung Qualcomm Select model T499
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#7284#" number.
7. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
8. Restart phone.
9.Connect powered-on phone to PC via Micro USB cable;
10.Install required driver;
12.Click "Read codes" button;
13.Wait untill success..
14.Insert unsupported SIM card. and Enter NCK codes DONE..
