HARD REST:
1.Power off your phone.
2. Hold and press together Volume Up + Home button + Power button.
3. When you see logo Samung release Power button.
4.When you see Android green man release rest of the buttons.
5. Now choose with Volume buttons option "wipe data/factory reset", and confirm with Power button.
