solution: flash via sd card download
tools: 2gb sd card

procedure: download RAW files here and then copy it into formated 2gb sd card

*insert sd card to phone
*insert battery to phone.
*press volume up + power button
*wait until recovery mode will apear.
and then select "sd card download"
*then wait untill flashing finish
