procedure:
1: press volume up + power
2: press volume up to select the recovery mode
3: and press volume down to OK
4: wait until android LOGO appear...
5: press power button once
6: android system recovery will appear
7: select the wipe data /factory reset
8: press volumme up once
9: select the " delete all user data " and press volume up to click OK
10: wait until finish and click again the volume up to to reboot the phone...
