1 Make sure, that your mobile phone is off.
2 Then press and hold Volume Down + Search button + Power button.
3 Afterwards you will see menu of Recovery mode.
* If you do not see options, then press Menu key to show them.
4 Now choose "wipe data /factory reset" from the menu using Volume buttons to scroll options, and Power button, or Home button top confirm.
5 Next select "Yes -- delete all user data".
6 In the end confirm operation "reboot system now"
