1. Turn off the device by holding the Power button
2. Press and hold the Volume up button and the Power button at the
same time for 10-15 seconds or more than that, then release the buttons
when the android symbol appears...
3. hold the power button then press Volume up one time then press
volume down one time then again volume up 2 times... the Recovery Menu appears
4. Use Volume Up/Down to scroll. Use Power to select.
Highlight wipe data / factory reset.
Select Yes - Delete all user data.
Once done, select Reboot system now.
