SM-N9208 SIM Problems

Can anyone help? I have a SM-N9208 from smart as postpaid. I was using sim slot 2 with Globe but I suddenly got a network sim lock message when I restarted the phone. If I remove Globe sim,the smart sim works but if both smart and globe are inside, the network locked sim appears and says I need an unlock code.

Eh nagamit ko na yung globe sir. Bigla nalang talaga nag lock. Para saan ba yung mga unlock na nakikita ko dito?
