Workaround

• Check status of Flashlight, if it is already ON then toggle between ON and OFF settings.
• Restart your phone and check.

Hardware Solution

• Check for water damage around flashlight and its components. If it is water damaged, clean it.
• Check whether Flashlight is short or not, if it is then replace it.
• If the above method fails, replace flashlight.
