i try this procedure
turn off unit or remove battery
press & hold volume down & power for 15-20seconds
when spark SparkTV appear, remove power button
continue holding volume down for 5-10seconds until android recovery appear
select wipe data (use power button for ok)
select wipe cache (use power button for ok)
select reboot (use power button for ok)
phone now will restart
wait 60seconds and your DONE.

at halos na try ko na lahat ng hard reset na naka post dito
kaya i decide na kunin na si volcano .......
procedure
1. TICK SPD
2. TICK BOOT_15 (6820/8810)
3. USB(D+D-)
..
press and hold volume - and + ( para ma detect )
4.RUN
5. INSERT USB ( JIGS P-O5B )
after ma read info nag try ako na read flash pero di nya na read ..
so nag proceed na ko sa format .. and sa buenas nag ok na unit..
NOTE : kapag LUmabas ung kulay puti na YES OR NO NA NOTE WAG NA WAG NYO
IYES KASI SIGURADO PATAY UNIT MO ......................
ang tanging paraan ay gumamit ng ibang version .....
una kung ginamit ay 2.2.8 eh lumabas si YES OR NO..
kaya nag halukat ako sa pc ko at nakita ko si version
2.0.8
at ito ang lumabas
kaylangan set to factory ang lumabas hindi format ....
ito oh.............
