First select MTK Module
next select NON-ANDROID TAB
next select connection (UART/COM/USB)
then click "START" button

go to IMEI REBUILD TAB and read IMEI

write original IMEI1 (14 digits only)

write original IMEI2 (14 digits only)

write successful

read again to verify
