1st.Tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options',
go to 'Settings'-'Developer options' and enable OEM unlock and enable 'USB debugging'.
Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed
2nd.root using this file extract https://download.chainfire.eu/847/CF-Root/CF-Auto-Root/CF-Auto-Root-nobleltetmo-nobleltetmo-smn920t.zip
3rd.open Z3X box select N920t select unlock
4th.allow usb debugging check always allow from this computer click ok
5th.unlock done..
