Off your pldt tablet. then press power button and down volume together. when vibtrates, release the power button but stay press the down volume button. when the android logo appears, quickly release down volume and press up volume and hold. wait for the yellow line below. dont stop pressing up volume button until it is finished. it serves as hard reset.all of your recently installed application will be lost and your files. this works on pldt telpad huawei s7 931wd.
