VCC Core - 1v7 (2v5) which is common to acer and toshiba with nec tokin capacitor for vcc core...

solution: replace 4x (330uf tantalum capacitor) common symptoms are:

- not charging while in use
- cant use laptop while charging
- bluescreen
- no display
- dead laptop
- restarting
- auto shutdown
