Unlock samsung s3 i747...[Reference]

PROCEDURE
1. Phone must be powered on. micro-uart cable:
2. Type *#7284# and choose Modem for UART and PDA for USB options.
3. Press "Quallcomm USB settings" and select "DM+MODEM+ADB".
4. Connect the phone to UART port.
5. Choose correct COM port in port settings
6. Press "Unlock" button.
micro-USB cable:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#7284# and choose Modem for USB and PDA for UART options.
3. Press "Quallcomm USB settings" and select "DM+MODEM+ADB".
4. Reboot phone.
5. Connect USB cable, install drivers.
6. Select diagnostic port in port settings.
7. Press "Unlock" button.
