step 1.unlock v70 using usr 1.11/ motorola/victor v60 v66 v70 unlocker using v60 usb cable
step 2.change band to 1800mhz using smartmoto 1.19 cracked
step 3.change filter 1900mhz to 1800mhz that came from 3210...
