phone model: vivo 1713 (v5s)
problem: Password + Google Lock

Procedure:
Open MRT software
Tick MTK tab
Under Global Option> Mark Vivo Only
Under Other Option> Choose V5s Only
To Remove password> mark Format Unlock
To remove FRP> mark Erase FRP
Click Start Button
Insert Usb to Phone
Wait Until the process will finish
