1st: open po natin si TFT mtk tool
2nd: select unlock operation choose vivo y19 then factoy reset
3rd: off phone then press volume up and down at the same time tapos ipasok natin ang usb cable sa port ng phone then just wait na matapos. then reboot the phone, yun lang po salamat
