step 1 hard reset phone if nka passcode menu pa, turn off phone then press hold volume up and power buton pag labas ng vivo bitawan na ang power button then makikita nyo na menu choose recovery mode then ayun makikita nyo na mga option dun specially clear data.


step 2 after nyo ma reset setup nyo phone gang maconnect sa wifi at lumabay ang frp.
