Tool Used : RbSoft v.16 Mobile Tool

Steps:
1. Turn Off mobile then Open Safely the Back Cover.
2. Find the 2 dots near the battery of the phone ( Refer to the images below )
3. Plug usb cable to Pc then open rbsoft mobile tool
4. Load the Manual loader Mbn File
5. Plug usb cable from phone to pc
6. Connect Test point using tweezers
Once Detected See from Device manager for phone device drivers (Qualcomm device driver)
7. Select Format User Data
8. Same Steps as well for Reset Frp
