OPEN HYDRA MTK TOOL
SELECT MODEL (VIVO Y91C or Y91i)- pwede kahit saan sa dalawa
Make sure naka uncheck ang AUTO BROM EXPLOIT
PRESS BOOT INFO + volume down + Insert USB
Choose FACTORY RESET/Format Userdata

Then Execute
REPEAT PROCESS sa FRP

then FRP naman ang next
