Sinubukan kong Hard Reset but No luck....
So naisip ko na Kailangang i-Flash...

Eto ung Ginamit ko...

DROID RAZR Utility Jellybean XT912

Boot the Phone using VOL+ & VOL- & Power
Choose AP Fastboot...
Then Open DROID RAZR Utility Jellybean XT912
