ASUS Zenfone 5 T00J Black Screen & Vibrate Only (help)

Hi..

Please pa help po sa unit na ito 1st time ko po kumalikot ng ASUS zenfone.

History:

Screen is now black but with backlight. I see it responds to powering on and off, but I really have no way of seeing whether it boots up into the OS or the boot menu.

Wala ka talaga makikita kahit isang letra or indications na GOOD ang lcd niya..,i think hindi siguro LCD ang tama neto.,pero may ilaw po pag sinisipat mo maigi pag pina ON POWER mo.


Pa help po kung saan ako mag uumpisa.

Try mo boss swap with good lcd para malaman mo if lcd nga. pag ganun parin try mo i software.

try mo power on boss, wait ka ng mga 5min yong tipong nasa desktop na ang phone, tapos insert usb to pc kung mareresponce cp at computer and detected like media device storage. at kung magresponce ng ganon buo ang unit.

tapos try ka ng ibang lcd or try to disassembly tapos linisin lcd connector silip silip baka may damage na component.

suggest lang baka sakaling magwork
