1. Press “ok†on the remote control

Factory Reset

1. While the box is on, on the front panel of the box, press channel up & channel down button at the same time.

3. Choose "Yes to continue"
4. A message will prompt to restart the box
5. Unplug the box then plug it back again
6. Wait for the box to boot up
7. "Welcome to first time installation setup" will prompt
8. Please choose your menu language - select ENGLISH
9. Select resolution from the list
o Select 1080i
o Press the blue button
o "Please confirm resolution" will prompt - Select "Yes to continue"
PACE / HOMECAST
1. While the box is on, on the front panel of the box, press channel up & channel down button at the same time.
2. A message will prompt for confirmation of factory settings
3. Choose "Yes to continue"
4. A message will prompt to restart the box
5. Unplug the box then plug it back again
6. Wait for the box to boot up
7. "Welcome to first time installation setup" will prompt
o For PACE boxes, mode of operations will prompt (IP or Satellite)
8. Please choose your menu language - select ENGLISH
9. Select resolution from the list (Applicable for PACE box)
o Select 1080i
o Press the blue button
o "Please confirm resolution" will prompt - Select "Yes to continue"
PRIME
1. Unplug the box from power outlet, then plug back in
2. Press and hold the up and down buttons on the front panel of the box until this message appears:
“Please disconnect and then re-connect the decoder powerâ€
3. Unplug the box from the power outlet then plug it back in again
4. You should be routed to channel 1.
5. Press “ok†on your remote
6. The MENU screen will appear
7. Select “Select your satelliteâ€, press ok on your remote
8. Select “SES7-NE8â€
9. Press “OK†twice on your remote. You will be routed to “SELECT LOCAL TIMEâ€
10. Then, set the correct local time
11. Press “OK†on your remote

Manual Software Upgrade Steps
HOMECAST/PRIME/SKYWORTH/HUMAX
1. Unplug and plugin the box from the electrical outlet
2. While the STB is booting, press the appropriate button until all LEDs light-up
3. Once all LEDs light-up, continuously and consecutively press “2â€, “4â€, “8â€, “5†number buttons on your remote
4. If done correctly, you should see the software update download screen
5. This process may take 20-30 for SD boxes or 30-45 minutes for HD boxes
PACE
1. Unplug and plugin the box from the electrical outlet
2. Once the boot message appears on the front panel of your box, press the power and ch+ buttons consecutively and repeatedly until the boot message disappears
3. If done correctly, you should see the software update download screen
4. This process may take 30-45 minutes to get the upgrade
