action taken:hard reset but no luck so

procedure:

-open Flash_Tool
-Tick scatter loading
-Load firmware named "MT6575_Android_scatter_mtd_DH.txt
-Tick firmware upgrade
-Power off phone and insert usb cable
-Wait to detect phone and it will automatically start flashing
-Wait the flashing to complete...
