UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:

Read codes only
USB cable :

1. Phone must be powered on.

2. Type *#782872# to switch phone to Qualcomm USB mode,
(after operations you can enter *#726872# to switch back to Samsung USB mode.)

3. Connect USB cable, install drivers.

4. Select diagnostic port in port settings.

5. Enter *#7465625# (phone must display locks status).

6. Press 'Read codes' to read security codes.
