Problem found ACDET is 0v on the charging IC
Solve by knowlegde on how to read Schematic diagram and how voltage dividers works and how mosfets Switch On and off
May 19v sa dc in port pero di nakakapasok sa board..
Check S at B mos both good.. wala reng short sa 19v sa CSR...
Upon checking schematic.. may ADAPDET circuit na responsible sa pag signal sa charging ic na may charger na nakasaksak..
Upon checking the voltage devider sa gate ng PQ101 may 5v na present.. meaning gumanana ng maayos ang divider circuit and when voltage at the gate is greater then voltage at the source then mosfet will turn on..
And according to the circuit when PQ101 turns on it pulls then ACDET which is tied to pin 1 or drain of the mosfet to ground..
When ACDET is low.. the voltage devider at the ACDET circuit will be pull down to 0v therefore The ACDET pinof the charging ic will be 0v also thus turning off the charging IC so 19v will not pass at S and B mos. ACDET pin must be 2.6 volts according to the voltage divider..
Solution.. replace DC in Port only. YUN LANG ang naging sira. Di mo aakalain na yun ang sira since me 19 na nakakapasok sa dc in port.. me detect pin pala sa loob ng dc in port na di pansinin kaya madali maover look at ma mis direct kung alin ang sirang pyesa
Pero kung di alam san mag uumpisa baka mabugbog lang board at lalo masira.
This is a new circuit implemented by Acer on there new models. Di ko to nakikita sa older acer models.
Ginaya naren nila ang HP DELL at Lenovo sa DC in section design nila.
Sa voltage divider knowlegde palang madameng issue na ang masosolve..
Isama pa ang understanding sa pagbasa ng schema at pano ang switching ng mosfet..
