Alcatel 4060a from AT&T Unlock Done in SigmaKey

- Connect power off phone

- Select Qualcomm Tab in the Platform Menu

- Choose the correct model

- Install Driver ClickHere then select the correct Diagnostic Port

- Click the Direct Unlock Button & wait nyo lang matapos.

Also no need to root na po sa unit tsaka Pack1 lang ang activated sa akin at nag done naman xa pacenxa po walang Pic nag mamadali kasi c tumer...
