Open Qcom tab
Select your model in the right “Phone modelâ€￾ drop-down list
Install required drivers https://sigmakey.com/nfs/content/8584/file/DRIVERS_Alcatel_COOLPAD_VODAFONE.zip

Power off the phone
Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
Wait up to 30 seconds while the diagnostic port appears (your phone will be in charging mode).
If diagnostic port is not detected, power the phone ON and activate it by dialing ##2324#. Then select diag port in the ports tab.
