Alcatel A460T Firmware

Well I am to new to this site, it wouldnt let me send a private message so, this is what my message to you was going to be, and if there is anyone else out there that can help me that would be great.
Hi, I am new to this site, but I saw you had a post about the Alcatel A460T that Combo Gadget didnt have the unlock code, I am guessing thats a unlocking software, well while I am at it, what would be my best way of getting that phone unlocked if, my friend can get past the first problem which is, we are in need of the original firmware for this phone. My friend had his backup on the sdcard which aciddentally got formatted and we cant get any of the custom roms installed, they all keep bootlooping, it is a MT6582 chip, which i dont know why , when some of the sites show the specs for the A460T to be MT6572. anyhow, if you have the original firmware or some romdump or something we could use that would be awesome. and what you suggest on unlocking? Thanks for your help!
btw, the phone i guess now wont even start and goto CWM recovery like it was doing before, i dont know what he did now but, we do have SP Flash Tool. and I do have a generic MT6582 scatter file, but I dont know how to install a custom rom with SP Tool using a generic scatter file for the MT6582, I seen the other tutorialls and the scatter file is already in the stock rom or backup and it just fills the rest of the scatter file info into SP Flash tool.. thanks
