- Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
- "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect"
- Go to "Unlock" tab
- Turn the phone ON
- Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
- Adjust USB Settings on the phone:
a. Go to Notifications (by touching the notifications bar at the top of the phone's screen and dragging it down)
b. touch the USB connection notification
c. uncheck all the options (if checked) - Install required USB Driver
- Select "Alcatel HS-USB Android DIAG Port" in the ports selection tab
- Press "Direct unlock" button
- After the operation it is necessary to reset the phone manually
