Steps:

Format Procedure

1. Press Volume Up and Power Button until factory mode appear on screen,
2. select factory data reset

Frp Procedure using Octupos FRP

1. Press Volume up and Power Button until factory mode appear again on screen,
3. open your Octupos FRP dongle or any dongle box , that device is supported,
4. select fastboot, then tick FRP Reset on Octups FRp, wait until processing done...
