amicom nyx reboot loop ... not sure what is the promblema

HI salahat

i have a amicom nyx from a friend

At first the phone seems to boot loop . the android logo show somtimes and in a windows machine it usb detect then disconect then connect then disconect

its very hard nearly impossible to to acces the recovery menu , ive been there once or twice but the phone reboot on me

i manage to flash it whit the firmware available here . whit an old version of sp flash
but after a succesfull flash i am exactly and the same status.

is it a defect button ? or a virus ? or else

the phone never boot in androis os

i just see the logo.

i flash everything ...

same thing ...

any idea ... could it be hardware ?
