Download and install Asus Flash Tool for Windows.
Run Asus Flash Tool.
Select model A400CG.
Wipe Data Yes.
Browse asus raw firmware with .zip extension.
Turn off device and then turn on with press Volume Up and Power keys to enter fastboot mode.
Port device was detected in Asus Flash Tool? If detected, select Port and press the START button.
Flash process will run, wait for it to finish.
