nakalimotan po ang code kaya try ko hardreset success nman po sya...
ito po yung guide mga sir paki sundan lang po...

make sure charge po ang battery 30%
power off the phone
press power button and volume up wait until logo display
release two button...
press volume choose factory reset tick power key to enter
now phone is erase wait until restart wait lang po matagal po sya mag erase
now the phone is auto reboot and success...
done...
