tested FW---->>> B3310UIIG4_H4( DL to support area)
now set phone to flash mode:
1. Phone off with battery (without the USB cable connected to the phone)
2. Hold the (-) the volume down key + number 9 (nine) for a few seconds and then plug the USB cable to the phone.
3. Release the keys of the volume and number 9
then write the flashfile to the phone:
- Select your phone model eg; B3310
- Select the-------->USB SPEED <---------
- Select the COM port set up after connecting the phone to the PC FLASH MODE eg COM11
- Select the files
- Click on the button FIRMWARE and wait the end.
