Hard Reset 1st option
Press Volume Up then press Power button
release power button when the logo comes out
android recovery logo will appear hold power button then click volume up once
Select wipe data factory reset
reboot system now
But unsuccessful
Option 2 via CM2 Software
in Settings Tab
select - SP: Auto 2601 6571.. 6587 81 83 87xx NAND eMMC
Service Tab click Format / Reset Settings
install driver first you can download HERE
