good eve po mga boss share ko lang po itong tanggap ko ngayon. ayaw lumabas ng keyboard nya, try ko hard reset ayaw nmn kahit sa settings try ko ayaw dhil need ilagay ung pin nya. kya try ko n sya sa cm2. . natry ko din din sya ibuck up ayaw din tumuloy kaya ginawa ko format ko na agad. see pic na lang po.
1. open cm2 click sp (2601) 6571 etc
2. click service
3 click format/reset setting
4. hold volume up and down and salpak sa pc ng cp at wait lng matapos.
