Palit ka po usb cord...or install driver properly..tingnan sa Device Manager bka di na install ng maayus or may panctuation mark..!!!

Try muna resolder yung usb charging port po if no luck try yung usb corb na mataas yun micro niya po/or try remove muna cover ng cp po para maayos ang pagconnect po sa usb cord po.
