Method 1: pag lumabas yung "Cherry Mobile Warranty" kahit hindi mona fillupan ok lang hold mo lang yung "Home Button" then lalabas si google search and search mo settings then click mo yung settings and punta ka naman sa application "ALL" hanapin mo si "Setup wizard" and click mo sya and click mo naman si "Force Stop or Force Close" then punta kana sa "Backup & Reset" click "Factory Reset" then after nun ok na ang phone.

Method 2: kung hindi lumabas si "Cherry Mobile Warranty" click "next" and Click ka sa mga wifi kahit saan then click "Show Password" then mag type ka ng letter kahit ano then double click or hold mo yung letter tapos may lalabas na "Select,Select All,Cut,Copy,Assist,etc" click mo yung "Assist" then wait mo lang dahil automatic din lalabas si "google search" then search "Settings" and click mo si "Settings" then punta ka sa "Application,All" then hanapin mo si "Setup Wizard" click mo sya at "Force Stop or Force Close" then punta sa "Backup & Reset" click si "Factory Reset" then ok na.
