problem: too many pattern
you will need to hard reset your device by holding down the power button, the camera button (next to the earphone jack) and the volume down key simultaneously for 10 seconds. You can release the buttons when you see a picture of an Android in the middle of the screen. The device will then factory reset itself and restart.
