phone freeze procedure
Hold the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons
Press and hold the Power button until the device restart
1 Touch the Home button > Menu button > Settings > Privacy> Factory data reset.
2 Touch Reset tablet.(you have to draw unlock pattern if you have added security)
3 Touch Erase everything after you read the warning.
once the reset completes your device is as good as new
