Guide how to edit
its a 32mb dump file on hand
extract the ME Region from dump using UEFI Tool and insert/overwrite it to a clean file from vinafix using again UEFI Tool
Needed:
1) Clean file from internet vinafix or badcaps
2) UEFI Tool (old engine) 0.28.0
3) dump file
Then flash it to your bios chip
and test it
