Kayo ano explain niyo sa customer pag ganun nangyari?
boss kng sakali ikaw ung nsa sitwasyon ng costumer..papayag kba gnun gawin syo? hahaha peace...^#(^^#(^share ko kung pano namin nalusutan yung nadead kong blackberry,magaling sa palusot yung salesman namin yemini.
trackpad lang di gumagana nadead ko,pagdating ng customer pulis pa naman sabi ng salesman namin ok na boss,inabot na sabay ngiti hindi nagpahalatang my problema. siningil pa nya yung customer kung magkano napag-usapan.pagtesting ng customer bakit dw di nabubuhay,sabi ng salesman namin ipacheck natin uli baka lowbat.pag-abot sakin sa loob check ko dw kunyari tapos sabihin ko dw lowbat lng. tapos ganun nga sabi namin sa customer lowbat ichacharge lng muna,nung naiinip na customer sabi sya na lng dw macharge pag-uwi nya.binigay na ng salesman namin sinabihan pa pag my problema ibalik lang at may warranty.
kinabukasan bumalik as expected,di dw nagcharge,sabi uli ng salesman ipacheck natin uli.pagdala sakin dito sa loob sabi sakin wag ko na buksan hintay lng dw ako mga 10 mins at sabihin ko dw nagchacharge naman mahina lang ang voltahe na pumapasok sa battery kailangan irepair,nagkasundo uli na irepair ang charging pinababalik nya after 3hrs,pagbalik ng customer sabi ng salesman namin sa cpu ang my problema kailangan palitan,kaya dw pala may problema din dati yung trackpad at magkasama sa isang ic saka ang charging.tanong ng customer mgkano cpu prinesyuhan uli nya di ko tanda kung magkano,pero paliwanag nya risky pagpalit ng cpu pwedeng mamatay ang unit.nag-isip sandali ang customer maya-maya sabi ay sige na wala magagawa kesa hindi magamit.
pagdala uli sakin ng salesman d2 sa loob wag ko na dw galawin.tapos nung bumalik na customer sinabi nya namatay na kailangan na palitan buong board kaya lng walang available,sinabi na lang nya na ibabalik ang bayad.
magaling sa palusot yung salesman namin kung ako siguro yun halata ng kinakabahan habang nagpapaliwanag.
