/need internet connection
/insert wm66a usb modem on pc usb port
/wait for drivers and software to be installed
/when smart bro opens... close it
/open dc unlocker soft
/select Longcheer wm66a
/click search or can manually set port
*check device manager if you manually select port
/click Unlocking
/wait and done
