Enable OLD Windows Photo Viewer in Win10

Just in case you liked the OLD Photo Viewer better, here is how to get it back.

COPY the entire text into notepad or editor of choice. Save as "all files" then save as "whatever.REG". Run as administrator to inject into registry. PROFIT!!
