1) Download EngModem file
2) Swtich phone to D/L Mode by (Volume Down + Power + Home)
3) Select J250Y_EngModem_BIT1.tar in PATCHED ODIN (Select as CP) and Press Start in ODIN
4) Read Codes with SamKEY or any unlocking tools
